Find Tenant Only & Full Management

Find tenant only comprises:

  • Advertising the property on all major websites
  • Conducting viewings to find the perfect tenant
  • Referencing the applicant which includes; ID checks, credit checks, employment and current landlord checks
  • Once the applicant has passed we secure a deposit and hold it in a government protected scheme
  • A photographic inventory is taken (approx 350 images) inside and outside of the property
  • Meter readings are taken and the suppliers are called to move in the tenants
  • The local council office is called and made aware of the new tenants details
  • A photographic log is comprised of all outgoing keys to the new tenant
  • A standing order is arranged between the tenant?s bank and the landlord for on-time rent payments
  • We then hand over all documents for the landlord to continue with management

Introductory Service (find tenant only) from just - £495.00 (no vat)

Full Management - Initial set up fee from £395.00 (no vat)
(7% - 8% of monthly rental income) (no vat)

*One off tenancy agreements for non-managed (walk-in) landlords - £50.00* (no vat)

Move Prop have Client Money Protection (CMP) and are not VAT registered.

Full management comprises:

  • All that is provided in the find tenant only service is included in full management
  • In addition we carry out inspections of the property four times a year
  • A photographic & text based inspection report is generated at each inspection
  • We arrange the annual gas safety check. We also text smoke & carbon monoxide alarms
  • We provide an 24/7 emergency contact number so any issues are dealt with swiftly
  • We carry out landlord rent payments five days a week. No delays or waiting on rent
  • Each month an invoice statement is posted to you the landlord
